By "print", we mean original hand-pulled images, made through traditional methods of non-automated inking and printing of plates on an artist's press. If you have any questions about this or anything else, please email the artist from this site.

This series originated as a commission by a lawyer friend who asked for something related to justice.  I decided on the architecture of the Federal Supreme Court building to be an icon for "justice."  I made 2 of the same plate from a drawing of the building, and cut one of them into the 5 pieces you see representing injustice. The gold flecks and red background shatter the institution of the justice department itself. They could represent money or evil, whatever motivates people to take the path against justice. The second set is shown here. This set won first prize at the Transparency exhibition in February of 2019, at the National Arts Club in Washington DC.
